Well, it is the end of the year and time to reflect on the year past. I truly have been blessed in everything. I am so happy to have my daughter home from Iraq and also that she continues to adjust to the life here. I will continue to pray for all our soldiers still deployed for their safety and the completion of their mission. I am also grateful for my family, even though they can drive you up the wall sometimes we truly have it alot better than most.
I want to take this time to tell my husband how thankful I am for him and all he does for me everyday. I know sometimes it can be a hard job and I am truly thankful we have stuck to it and still love each other, even more than we did 27 years ago when we met. I am truly blessed to be going in to this year with you by my side.
I pray that all will be well with you and that you all will be as blessed as I feel!!!!!!!!!!

God Bless

Just wanted to let you all know we had a great Christmas and we feel truly blessed here. The granddaughter got everything she asked for.(imagine that) I will post pictures when I get a chance. Still using hubby's computer so I only have a short time to type and can only use it when he is not at work. Had everybody over and had the big meal and sat around and talked for a long time.
But I think the best part was everybody went home aroun 6 and me and the hubby were alone. What a great time to just sit and reflect on how great our life really is. I know I wouldn't want to share it with anyone else. He is the best.
I will post more later and try to get the pics up soon. Have to go hubby has supper ready. AAAHHHH ain't life grand.

Have a good day

Merry Christmas to all!!!!!! I know it is only Christmas Eve day, but I wanted to take the time to post before it becomes too crazy here. I pray that all of you, especially our military and their families have a very Merry Christmas and a Blessed New Year. I pray that all our guys and girls will stay safe and come home soon. To the families of those gone this season carry on for this is what they want the most this season.
I truly feel blessed this year and I pray this is the same for you, whether your loved ones are home or far away.

Things here are improving the middle one has returned to her hubby, and we have turned her room into the hubby's new office, no place for them to return to. Still having some recivilization problems with the one coming home from Iraq. We are hoping for a Very Merry Christmas with the family, we are trying to keep it small and uncomplicated.

Got the granddaughters' pictures back from the photographer and will post them as soon as my computer is up and running, I am using the hubbys' today. He is just too nice to me. I am so thankful for him everyday. He really knows how to take care of me, especially when things are crazy here.

I will post when I have the Christmas pictures.

Have a Very Merry Christmas!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry I haven't posted in such a long time, but when your whole house is turned upside down you get so caught up in the day to day stuff nothing else gets done. Everything here has changed since the children, well at least two of them, have moved back in. I can't believe how fast you can get tired of so many people in the house and so little room. We are glad that they had a place to go to, but when they become adults it gets a little challenging. I know this is all new to us so we are trying to work out all the kinks, so hopefully after the first of the year when things slow down some the stress level will go down also.
I hope you are all enjoying the weeks leading up to Christmas and can feel all the excitement the holiday brings. Just remember to take some time for yourselves and think about the true meaning of Christmas. I will try to be better about posting and I know I will be better about visiting my other blogging pals.
Have a good day
