Just wanted to wish you a very Happy Birthday! I know I don't say it often but I love you and I am glad to have you as my mom. You are wonderful and you are always there for all of us kids! You have been through a lot with us and yet you haven't completely disowned us yet! I love you bunches! Can't wait until you come home and read this and then kick my butt! Hey, it is Friday and the official start of my vacation. My husband and I are going to Mackinaw in Michigan and then to the U.P. for two weeks, so I will probably have some stuff about vacation to post when I get back. We are going for my birthday, which is the 29th of this month and our 26th anniversary with is the 1st of next month. I'm sure we will have a good time, even though this is the first time we will be gone two weeks in a row and after three days my husband gets a little antsy, we will see how this goes.

I will definitely check this when I get back, so every body have a great two weeks while I am gone. Talk to you later.

This is April. I am working on my mom's site, trying to get it looking good. If any of you see anything that is wrong or needs to be fixed let me know! Thanks! Mom I hope you like this! I had to check some oldiers mom blog site to see her update, Thank God and all your prayers,Noah is doing better. I am so amazed at the power of prayer. Keep it up.

I am also blogging today to let you know that my daughter Michelle has decided to go back on the road for the short amount of time that she has left. I am so proud of her I could bust, but I also want you all to pray for her, I know this was a very difficult decision for her to make. The amazing strength she has to make such a decision can only come from God for this is something that us mere mortals can't really comprehend. I have tried and it isn't easy. I applaud her courage and strength everyday. So please pray that everything goes well for her as she tries this for the first time since April.

I also wanted to say how happy I am to have found such a wonderful community of loving and supportive people for my first adventure into blogging, you are all really great.

I just read on my daughter's blogsite about a soldier's mom's son who was hurt in a ied attack and is being evaced to Germany for further tests and maybe an operation, my heart really goes out to her whole family and I would like anyone who reads this to please pray for her entire family and especially for her son. I can relate somewhat and offer my entire support.

I also wanted to let everyone know that left me comments that I really appreciate all the support on my new adventure as a blogger and yes I do think it will become addictive. Thanks to you all and have a great day.

Just thought I would take may first blog to introduce myself, I am Michelle Pfister's mom who is proudly serving her country in Iraq, and is do to come home in Novemeber. I am also the mother of April Shah who has a blogsite of her own, which I have been reading. I hope to get to know all of you who are blogging April and Michelle, so I can give you the real scoop on them both, not the stuff you read from them.

I will be going on vacation starting this weekend so this will be it for awhile, but I will try to catch up when I get back, so be forgiving.
