Proud Mom

I guess it is about time for an update, there has been so much going on, I don't know where to start. The oldest daughter Amber, had her baby on Feb. 16th, little girl, named Hunter Marie, I know that I have already posted about that but I thought I would give you all a run down of that last several weeks and you can maybe figure out why I haven't posted in a while. Michelle, daughter #3, the one that was in Iraq, had a baby girl on March 5th, they named the baby Mabel Rose, SURPRISE, yeah this is part 2 of why I haven't posted. Part 3 is, April, daughter #2 has asked for some financial help, you know take over the cash and pay the bills.Part 4 is I have gone to work for a little while because the job Michelle had was working for my nephew at the drive-thru they own, I have been filling in for her 6 weeks maternity leave, and man has it been cold, I think she owes me big time!!!!!!!! I have also been to a ladies retreat through my church, the topic for the weekend, and isn't God funny is: How to handle worry, anxiety, anger and fear. I told you God has a sense of humor. I have really had to rely on the lessons I learned on that retreat to deal with all of the children, plus the stress of a puppy in the house and a hubby who was gone the whole first week we brought the puppy home. But on to better things.
The hubby and I are on our way for a short vacation to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, we leave on the 22nd of this month and we return on the 26th, I can't wait. The stress here is a lot to deal with and we desperately need the break. I will let you know how the vacation goes, no cell phones work there, I know we will have a great time. I just thought I would give you all a run down of why I haven't posted in a while, too much to deal with at once and I had a lot to process.

Have a great day
Barb

    A Military Mom,
my older and younger sister have been busy. I in no way am having any kids till i am at least 30 AND married. So i will probably never have kids. Anyways, the only way I am keeping mom busy is by giving her all my financial crap because i just couldn't deal with it anymore.

    Mom,
thanks for all your help! You are wonderful
